As you might have gathered things are not going great in the relationship stakes at chez hilltop. It's hard to work out where all the passion has gone. I am not going to go in to details as people who see me in real life read this, but it just seems like we're more best friends who live together than anything else. Hmmmmm crikey relationships are hard work.
Anyway, as ever further developments will go on here, after all, I "speak" to you lot more often about this stuff than anyone else. I decided last night that I no longer have a female best friend. Not in the sense of a person you share everything with anyway. I have no idea if this is good or bad, I don't really know if I miss it, or if it's just me. I just like to keep things private, having conversations about these sorts of things is very hard for me!
Right enough being a misery, I've just realised I failed to comment on the rugby! Somehow against all odds England beat Australia, and also France beat New Zealand. For those of you who don't follow rugby, this is meaningless drivel, but they were such unexpected results, and quite who will win the tournament is now a bit of a mystery. Apart from the argument on Saturday, I had a great day watching 2 really great games of rugby.
Guiding is getting interesting, I've just taken on the role of District Commissioner, but basically I'm now "in charge" of 11 other units. I sort out forms for new helpers, and sign camp forms, chairing meetings, and responsible for making sure all the information from county gets to them! Gulp! My own unit is actually going ok. We're making a calendar over this term, basically doing 2 months at a time and decorating it, and at the end of term I'll hopefully have put it all together, and they get a calendar. The ones we've done actually look pretty snazzy!
