A few days ago the wonderful Dr Mamma posted a link to a blog called Snickollet. As I had nothing better to do I went and checked it out. I then read all her archives, I'm so glad Dr Mamma posted that link. Snickollet's husband GH was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer 3 weeks after their wedding. After his diagnosis they had twins by IVF. GH died today after living far longer than many people who are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
This sounds macabre and odd, but I'm glad I followed that link, it's reminded me to make the most of what I have. Live life to the full, you don't know what's around the corner.
