I have just spent part of the hottest day of the year so far turning my flat (and car) upside down. Over the last couple of weeks I've lost so many things!
I can't find-
my work keys, memory stick, and fob (they're all joined together on a bright pink lanyard, I can't see how I've had them slip behind something???)
my guiding centenary bracelet (I took it off and put it in a safe place last bank holiday weekend while camping
all my dpn's including some I imported from America, that I can't get here....
Loosing the odd needle is an occupational hazard of being a knitter, but to loose 6 sets seems a little harsh (universe do you hear me?). The bracelet is a bit harsh as well, for heavens sake I took it off so I wouldn't loose it, and put it in a safe place. As for my keys, well lets just say I wasn't exactly of sound mind when I last left work (I'm off work again), so who knows where I could have put them?????
